Welcome to Panetique Home Bakery, the ethical pastry micro-laboratory on Lake Endine. In this blog you will find everything you need to know about Panetique: story and philosophy, recipes, background, focus on suppliers and pairings, and directions for ordering your delicacies.

My philosophy

Panetique was created in response to the need for delicious, genuine and sustainable pastry products, to enjoy a tasty break and celebrate anniversaries with a light heart.

HeartinessPanetique‘s production is strictly from scratch, without industrial preparations. The secret ingredient of every recipe? Healthy raw materials, starting with organic eggs from happy hens 😊

Seasonality and zero food miles – All the raw materials in the micro-laboratory come from fairtrade companies and local producers carefully selected according to the criteria on which Panetique is based, including respect for the seasonal cycle and support for virtuous production chains.

Sustainability – Special attention has been paid to the packaging of our products, which is almost always compostable (and always recyclable).

Social commitment and zero waste Panetique collaborates with local volunteer associations to give customers who are interested the opportunity to support the work of volunteers and limit food waste. (TBA)

How to order

Panetique is a domestic food micro-business. For this reason, I work exclusively on commission in order to offer only fresh and fragrant products, specially prepared for your occasion, and to limit food waste.

Here is some ordering information:

Advance notice – Simple baked cakes can be made with 24 hours’ notice, depending on availability. For customised pastries, snack/aperitif boxes and refreshments, I ask for at least 5 days’ notice.

Booking channel – Orders are to be placed exclusively via Whatsapp +39 352 038 0989 and are only accepted on receipt of written confirmation.

Minimum purchase – For all cakes, minimum 6 servings. For savoury pastries and refreshments, minimum 10 persons (excluding aperitif eco-boxes*).

Deposit – For orders over 100€, a 50% deposit is required and will be deducted from the total amount.

Pick-up – Once the pick-up time has been agreed upon, please be so kind as to respect the appointment made.

Payment – At this time I am able to accept cash, card and bank transfer. The balance must be paid no later than the day of collection or delivery.

* NOTE SNACK AND APERITIF ECO-BOXES – The contents of the eco-boxes are decided on a weekly basis according to the availability of fresh seasonal ingredients and with a view to minimising food waste. It is possible to request a different pick-up day and some specific preparations only in the case of large orders (minimum 15 people).
